If you contact us the first time: Start Feedback.htm (located in program folder - shortcut is installed in Start Menu), fill the form and finally send us the data it will generate to our mail address.

If you contact us after the first time: send a normal mail with bug report and/or suggestions.

Filling in your data in the feedback process is anonymous and voluntary. This data will help us improve our software. Please send a filled questionnaire data only once, so we don't receive multiple questionnaires from one person, and the next time when you contact us for bug report or suggestion send us a normal mail.
