• Easy to use interface

  An all-in-one, customizable and user friendly user interface that uses DirectX for fastest response time

• Easy to use song arranger

  Arranging patterns and song structure is really easy with Renoise, especially when you worked with other trackers before.

• FastTracker 2-like default keyboard shortcuts

  You worked with Fasttracker before and want to switch over to Renoise? No problem, the keyboard shortcuts are set to what you're used to.
  You have not worked with Fasttracker before? No problem, changing the keyboard shortcuts to what you like is easy as 1-2-3 in the Configs menu. (user definable), and similar GUI

• Full MIDI support

  Not only does Renoise support full MIDI usage. It also gives you the possibility to manually correct unwanted latencies in order to give you full control over MIDI.

• Full synchronization via MIDI clock as Master or Slave

  Connect Renoise to external programs or hardware that is able to receive or send MIDI Clock commands (e.g. drum machines, external sequencer, etc.)!

• VST/VSTi 2.0

  Use your favorite VST plugins in Renoise! Widen your sound repertoire to unknown dimensions by using all the professional software. Renoise contains workarounds for almost all known VST plugins in order to make the usage stable.

• ASIO multi I/O cards support

  Use your ASIO soundcard to achieve even lower sound latencies than Renoise already provides you with! Renoise additionally supports routing of tracks to hardware channels.

• Integrated sample editor

  No need for an external sample editor! Renoise gives you everything you need to make your samples sound the way you want.

• Integrated instrument editor

  Create well sounding instruments out of your samples using graphical envelopes (better than classic ADSR envelopes) with Hermite interpolation.

• High quality player

  Renoise's internal sound player has 32-bit float point processing, is interpolated and click free.

• Real-time DSP engine

  Put all the effects you want onto your Sample or Send tracks, use Renoise's internal ones or external VST plugins (reverb, echo/delay, compressor, distortion, flanger, phaser, EQ...).
  

• Sample tracks, Send tracks and a Master track

  Have full control over your Sample tracks, route effects to Send tracks to save CPU power and control your whole song by putting effects and commands into the Master track.
