Song properties

In this menu, you setup all properties concerning the song.

Screen displays (from top-left to bottom-right)

• More song infos

  Gives detailed information about the song.

• 09/Pitch mode

  09 effect and pitch works different on Amiga/FastTracker2 modules and Renoise songs. This setting is for improving compatibility with those modules. In modules, parameter for 09 command was absolute sample offset multiplied by 256 - as samples were only 64kb and 8-bit it was enough. In Renoise this parameter works more like percentage - 0900 is start of sample, 09FF is end.

  Insert your own song information here.

• Groove Settings

  Amount of shuffle effect applied to whole song. Shuffle effect plays pattern lines in irregular time intervals - how much this will vary will depend on these settings.
  0&1 settings are for first and second line of pattern,
  2&3 for third and fourth, etc.
  After line 7 and 8 shuffle restarts at setting 0&1.
  You can turn Groove on and off and recall presets with left mouse button click or store them with right mouse button.
